Art Wood Builders, Inc. is a design/build residential construction company that builds in Harford, Baltimore, and Cecil Counties. We will handle all aspects of construction from design, engineering, and permit to finish materials, inspections, and final cleaning. We offer design and blueprint drafting in house. We operate by contract with a set price and specifications. Additional work orders can be made to change the job in process. Custom Homes

Art Wood Builders, Inc. can build almost any residential plan you can find. We can alter plans and draw new ones with your input. We offer a wide range of custom features. The products we typically use are Andersen Windows, ThermaTru Doors, Advantech Sheathing, GAF Shingles, Certainteed Siding, Tamko Deck Products, Moen Faucets, Schlage Hardware, Kraftmaid Cabinets, and Maintenance Free Exteriors.

 

Custom Interiors

Art Wood Builders, Inc offers a wide range of materials for your floors, walls, and ceilings. We have experience at many types of moldings, hardwoods, tiles, wainscot, multiple-moldings, modular cabinets, and custom cabinets. You can have more than white walls by choosing your own paint colors, too. We will work with you to make your home unique from floor to ceiling.

 

Additions

Art Wood Builders, Inc. has built many additions. Our goal is to make your new addition blend with your existing home matching in style and materials. We match existing features as much as possible and upgrade any features you wish to your existing home. We will make a plan of your existing home and design a new plan including your addition. Your input will be involved from the beginning to the finished product.

 

Current Projects

View current projects that are under construction now. The first project is located in Bel Air, MD. 1,200 Square feet of living is being added to this home along with some interior remodeling. This project's picures were last updated April 16, 2009. Also view the plan for a project which will be ready this summer. 5 new homesites off of Wheel Road in Bel Air near Harford Glen. Lot sizes are 1/3 to 1/2 acre.

Art Wood Builders, Inc. is affiliated with North American Housing Corporation offering many house plans available that can be built in modular components. The modular system accelerates the building process saving time and money.This type of building is ideal for quick construction and basic home features.
